Redmi 13C 5G Price In India

The Redmi 13C 5G price in India starts at Rs.9,999 for the base variant with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage. Furthermore, the phone has 6GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB, retailing for Rs.11,499 and Rs.13,499, respectively. It will be available in three colours: Startrail Silver, Startrail Green and Starlight Black.

Similarly, the Redmi 13C will be available for purchase for a price of Rs.7,999 for the 4GB+128GB variant. In addition, there are two variants with 6GB+128GB storage and 8GB+256GB, which will be on sale for Rs.8,999 and Rs.10,499, respectively. The teaser images showcase the front screen of the phone with a teardrop notch display and a thick chin at the bottom. At the back, the Xiaomi Redmi 13C will sport four colours, including green, blue, light green and black.

The blue variant looks similar to the Snowstorm white on the Poco F5 with a dot pattern. Moreover, it is likely to have a glossy finish on the back with a frosted design.

It will also end the 13-year-old reign of MIUI, the company’s legacy software skin, which lost its appeal over the years. Many complained the user interface was riddled with bugs and bloatware, which hampered the experience. The company has been developing HyperOS since 2017 to create its own ecosystem. This will allow users to control and manage devices from one place.

According To Lei Jun, HyperOS is “based on the integration of the deeply evolved Android and the self-developed Vela system, completely rewriting the underlying architecture, and preparing a public base for the Internet of Everything for tens of billions of devices and tens of billions of connections in the future”.

There is no clarity on whether this new OS is based on AOSP (Android Open Source Project) or if it will adopt a similar approach to Huawei’s Harmony OS. Xiaomi has not mentioned any details or images about the user interface of HyperOS. However, it will soon arrive in the upcoming Xiaomi 14 series later this month.
