The Samsung Galaxy S24 series will launch at the Galaxy Unpacked event, which will take place today at the SAP Center in San Jose, California. The event will begin at 11:30 PM IST and will be available for live streaming on Samsung’s official YouTube channel, Facebook, and X (Formerly Twitter).

Furthermore, you can also watch the Galaxy S24 launch event on Samsung’s official website, where viewers stand a chance at a Rs.5,000 voucher, which they can redeem at the Samsung Store to buy various products.

Samsung Galaxy S24 Series Specifications
The Samsung Galaxy S24 series will launch with three models: Galaxy S24, S24 Plus and S24 Ultra. All three phones will offer new features and upgrades over their predecessor.

Starting with the S24 and S24 Plus, it will sport a 6.2-inch and 6.7-inch Dynamic 2x AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. The S24 will use a Full-HD+ display and Quad HD+ screen.

The Exynos 2400 will power both phones underneath the hood paired with 8GB and 12GB RAM, respectively. Both devices will run on Android 14 with OneUI 6.1 on top and up to 512GB UFS 4.0 storage.

For optics, the Galaxy S24 and S24 Plus will use a 50-megapixel primary sensor with OIS and a 12-megapixel ultrawide lens. In addition, it will have a 10-megapixel telephoto lens with 3x zoom and a 12-megapixel front-facing camera.

The S24 and S24 will pack a 4,000mAh and 4,900mAh batteries, respectively, with support for 45W charging. Moreover, these phones will have an IP68 rating, stereo speakers and NFC.

Galaxy S24 Ultra Expected Specifications
The Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra will launch with a 6.7-inch Quad HD+ 2x Dynamic AMOLED 2x screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and LTPO support. In addition, the phone will have a peak brightness of 2600 nits and a pixel density of 516PPI.

The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset will power the phone paired with 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM. It will likely run on OneUI 6.1 with Android 14 out of the box with up to 1TB of internal storage.

According to the leak by Windows Report, the Samsung Galaxy S24 series will arrive on January 17, 2024. Furthermore, the S24 and S24 Plus will be available in four colours: Onyx Black, Marble Grey, Cobalt Violet and Amber Yellow.

The S24 series will bring new AI features that can translate messages in real-time and support more than a dozen languages. Furthermore, this new AI will also help you improve and edit your photos.

In addition, the reports claim it will also offer better search capabilities, and users can search for anything by highlighting a portion of an image.

The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset will power the phone paired with up to 12GB of RAM. Moreover, it will run on Android 14 based on OneUI 6 and will have up to 1TB of storage.

The phone will have a 200-megapixel primary camera and a 12-megapixel ultrawide sensor for optics. In addition, it will have a 10-megapixel telephoto lens with 3x zoom and a 50-megapixel telephoto with 5x zoom. On the front, there will be a 12-megapixel selfie camera with dual-pixel autofocus.

The S24 Ultra will pack a 5,000mAh battery with SuperFast 2.0 and Fast Wireless Charging 2 support. Furthermore, it will have Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.3 and Ultra Wide Band (UWB) support.
