The Z70 Ultra builds on the design of its predecessor, the Z60 Ultra Leading Version, but with a few key differences. The primary camera has been repositioned to the top left corner, and the ultra-wide-angle camera has moved to the previous telephoto lens position. The telephoto lens itself has a significantly smaller housing, despite featuring a periscope lens and 100x digital zoom. Apart from its physical appearance, the brand has also teased many of its features. According to teaser images, the Z70 Ultra will include AI-powered features such as time management tools, keyboard-free use, and real-time translation for WeChat calls—a first in the industry. The Z70 Ultra will feature a 1.5K hole-less true full-screen display with a 6.85-inch size, 144Hz refresh rate, 2000 nits brightness, 430 PPI density, and ultra-slim 1.25mm bezels. It also includes an Independent Pixel Driver and AI Transparency Algorithm 7.0 for improved light transmittance. The device will also feature IP68 and IP69 water and dust resistance. The Z70 Ultra is expected to come with a Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, LPDDR5X RAM, UFS 4.0 storage, Nebula AIOS, a 50MP primary camera with variable aperture, an under-screen selfie camera, a 6,000mAh battery, 80W fast charging, and an under-screen fingerprint sensor.
