Posted on May 9, 2024 by bella

Vivo has announced the launch date of three new smartphones: the Vivo X100s, Vivo X100s Pro, and Vivo X100 Ultra. All three phones will debut next week with a premium design and a focus on the camera. They will also be the first phones in the world to use a new flagship chipset. Here is everything you need to know about the Vivo X100s, Vivo X100s Pro, and Vivo X100 Ultra.

Vivo X100s Series & X100 Ultra To Launch On May 13
The Vivo X100s Series and X100 Ultra will be unveiled in China on May 13, 2024. Furthermore, the Vivo X100s and the Vivo X100s Pro will be the first phones to use the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+.

This 4nm chipset was announced today with incremental upgrades and a focus on AI features. It can run LLM models like Llama 3 and Google’s Gemini Nano.

Both phones will likely be modest upgrades over the Vivo X100 and Vivo X100 Pro with a new chipset, Dimensity 9300+. They will likely offer 120W GaN charging and 6.78-inch 1.5K OLED curved screens with LTPO support.

However, the Vivo X100 Ultra will likely rely on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. Furthermore, the phone will have a 200-megapixel ZEISS APO telephoto, which is claimed to be the largest telephoto sensor on the phone.

This sensor will have a f/2.67 aperture and a focal length of 22.48mm. In addition, the phone will likely have a 50-megapixel LYT-900 camera, an upgrade over the IMX989 in the X100 Pro.

Furthermore, the phone will offer the largest magnification rate in phones and can capture starlight in the sky at night. The Vivo X100 Ultra will be available in Titanium, White, and Black with up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage.
