Redmi K60: will it come with Dynamic Island?
Rumours speculate that this flagship smartphone line-up will be available no earlier than 2023. In fact, information reports a debut for early next year. There should be models with Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 and devices with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. Unfortunately, the leaks end there.
Apple introduced the new iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max a few weeks ago with this unprecedented feature: the notch gives way to the Dynamic Island, an interactive system that features selfies, sensors and a pop-up notification system that changes size depending on the app. It is now only compatible with system apps and some third-party software, but should be compatible with all programmes in the future.
To date, the full list of compatible apps has been made public by the youtuber MKBHD; the guy also demonstrated how all the dynamic island options work. According to him, ‘in the coming months, many Android OEMs will copy this feature’.
