Chinese brand Tecno will launch Tecno Pop 8 in India on January 3rd. Tecno is expanding its smartphone offering in India. Tecno Pop 8 is stylish and arranged for easy access. It’s smooth and targets a young, entry-level user. Plus, it’s ‘Made in India’, which is also a key aspect of this smartphone. Ahead of the launch, the company has also revealed some important specifications of the upcoming smartphone, including design, display specifications, colour options, AnTuTu score, RAM and storage configuration. The smartphone is also approved to be available in India via Amazon.
Tecno Pop 8 Features Ahead Of The Launch
According to the company, Tecno Pop 8 is powered by Android T-Go, has a 6.6-inch HD+ LCD panel and 90Hz refresh rate, and is equipped with a high-speed octa-core Unisoc T606 chipset for smooth processing. You will see that 8GB RAM in the Indian version includes 4GB physical RAM and 4GB virtual RAM. The phone also offers 64GB and 128GB of internal storage.
This is also confirmed to feature a 90Hz dot-in display with Dynamic Port, a feature similar to Apple’s Dynamic Port that displays notifications and other alerts. In India, the phone is launched in the market in Gravity Black and Mystery White. Moreover, it is said that the AnTuTu score for this device is 240K.
The image quality of the camera is also good. As such, it has a 13 MP dual rear camera with LED flash. Also, the front camera is equipped with an 8MP front sensor. Although, this device is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery that supports 10W wired charging and provides over 900 hours of standby time on a single charge.
