The upcoming device, likely to be named the Nubia Flip II<\/strong>, has recently appeared in the IMEI database<\/strong> and was more recently spotted in the China Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT)<\/strong> certification, revealing key details about its specifications and design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Specs and Features<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

According to the MIIT certification<\/strong>, the Nubia Flip II<\/strong> will feature a 4,225 mAh battery<\/strong>, a slight reduction from the 4,310 mAh<\/strong> battery in its predecessor. The phone will run on Android 14<\/strong> and support 5G<\/strong> connectivity (both NSA\/NR and TD-LTE), LTE FDD<\/strong>, dual-SIM dual-standby mode, as well as Bluetooth and GPS, including AGPS<\/strong> and GLONASS<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Larger, Rectangular Outer Display<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

One of the major design changes in the Nubia Flip II<\/strong> is the larger secondary display<\/strong>. Unlike its predecessor, which had a small, circular screen, the Nubia Flip II<\/strong> will feature a 3-inch rectangular AMOLED screen<\/strong> with a resolution of 422 x 682 pixels<\/strong>. This new design is expected to offer a more practical and accessible interface for notifications and quick interactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Main Display and Camera Improvements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

On the inside, the Nubia Flip II<\/strong> will come with a 6.85-inch AMOLED main display<\/strong> featuring a high resolution of 1,188 x 2,970 pixels<\/strong>, offering a sharp and vibrant viewing experience. For context, the Nubia Flip 5G<\/strong>, which debuted in early 2024, had a 6.9-inch main display<\/strong> with FHD+ resolution<\/strong>, a 120Hz refresh rate<\/strong>, and a 1.43-inch circular OLED secondary screen<\/strong>. The Flip 5G was powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1<\/strong> chipset, with up to 12 GB of RAM<\/strong> and 512 GB of internal storage<\/strong>. It featured a 50 MP dual-camera setup<\/strong>, stereo speakers<\/strong>, and 33W fast charging<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
