The phone will run on Android 14 and support 5G connectivity (both NSA/NR and TD-LTE), LTE FDD, dual-SIM dual-standby mode, as well as Bluetooth and GPS, including AGPS and GLONASS.

A Larger, Rectangular Outer Display

One of the major design changes in the Nubia Flip II is the larger secondary display. Unlike its predecessor, which had a small, circular screen, the Nubia Flip II will feature a 3-inch rectangular AMOLED screen with a resolution of 422 x 682 pixels. This new design is expected to offer a more practical and accessible interface for notifications and quick interactions.

Main Display and Camera Improvements

On the inside, the Nubia Flip II will come with a 6.85-inch AMOLED main display featuring a high resolution of 1,188 x 2,970 pixels, offering a sharp and vibrant viewing experience. The camera setup has also been redesigned: instead of the first generation’s circular camera placement around the secondary screen, the new model will have two cameras and an LED flash arranged vertically next to the outer display.

The frame of the phone has also been slightly redesigned, with a more rounded shape. The volume buttons are placed on the right side, while the power button will double as a fingerprint scanner for added security.

>>>>>>>>>>ZTE Blade A53 – Battery E6539B 4000mAh

A Look Back at the Nubia Flip 5G

For context, the Nubia Flip 5G, which debuted in early 2024, had a 6.9-inch main display with FHD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a 1.43-inch circular OLED secondary screen. The Flip 5G was powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset, with up to 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of internal storage. It featured a 50 MP dual-camera setup, stereo speakers, and 33W fast charging.

Expected Launch Date

While an official launch date has yet to be confirmed, based on the February launch of the Nubia Flip, it’s expected that the Flip II will be unveiled sometime in Q1 2025.

>>>>>>>>>>>ZTE Li3947T44P8h906452 – Battery Li3947T44P8h906452 4800mAh

ZTE is reportedly working on the successor to its first foldable phone, the Nubia Flip 5G, which was launched earlier this year.
