The smart band’s easily detachable body lends itself nicely to accessories – we received the dual-tone leather strap (normally \u00a318) and the running clip (\u00a38), which lets you attach the band to your sneakers. Because of a differences in dimensions, the running clip 9 is only compatible with the Smart Band 9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So what’s new on the Xiaomi Smart Band 9 compared to the 8? It’s ever so slightly smaller, though you’re unlikely to notice a difference. Health tracking accuracy has improved – Xiaomi claims 16% better heart rate and blood oxygen saturation tracking. There’s also a reported 7.9% improvement in sleep tracking accuracy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new bracelet has a 230mAh battery, which is larger than its predecessor’s 190mAh. Unfortunately, the Xiaomi Smart Band 9 doesn’t have GPS, you’ll need to wait for the Smart Band 9 Pro with a larger display and GPS to hit the market, or opt for the Smart Band 8 Pro.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
